Preparing for a Fresh Start

Life can get really crazy and sometimes, no matter how hard you try or how much you do, things just don’t turn out the way you planned. That is true for us all, and very true for families that have found themselves the victims and survivors of a violent home.

Whether you’re turning over a new leaf, using a clean slate or starting with a new page, there is nothing like a fresh start.

With this idea in mind, our team has been working in partnership with Oscar Oscar Toowoomba to develop a new support service.

After many months of discussion and planning, our teams got together and started to prepare our Assistance Centre to help people make a fresh start by providing free haircuts to those who are doing it tough.

The stylists and support staff from Oscar Oscar Toowoomba rolled their sleeves up and got busy sweeping, mopping and decorating the personal support space at the Assistance Centre.

After a few hours of preparation, we are now ready to start cutting hair and helping people step into better tomorrows.

Stay tuned and watch this space!
